To find the current value of your home, I will provide a free Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) and depending on the number of home sales in your neighborhood, I will provide prices for comparable properties sold in your neighborhood during the last 3 to 12 months. I will also provide a list of comparable properties currently listed for you to know who your competition is, a list of the homes that were listed and did not sell and a list of the homes withdrawn from the market.

I will advise you on how to get your home ready for sale so that you can get top dollars from the sale.

I will provide all my expertise and my knowledge of the current market. In the current market conditions, my CDPE designation will be an asset in the sale of your home. If you are not in a distressed situation yourself, when your home is for sale, it is very probable that you competition will be.

Once your property is under contract, I will make sure that the process goes through smoothly and that all third parties involved in the transaction, such as title company, buyer's lender, appraiser, and inspector have everything ready to close the transaction on time.
